      Can I download my 3D Virtual Tour?

      Yes, you can download your 3D Virtual Tour via the Showcase app. Unfortunately, right now, it is only available for Apple products.

       

      1. Download the Matterport 3D Showcase App on your iPhone/iPad (NOTE: Only works with iPhones or iPads).
      2. Let us know the listing address of the 3D model that you would like to download and we will provide you with a code.
      3. Enter the code exactly (case sensitive) into search on the ‘Cloud’ tab of 3D Showcase, it will find the model and allow it to be downloaded.
