# Cancellation Policy

## Bookings can be re-scheduled or cancelled up to one business day prior - otherwise a fee may apply.

You have the flexibility to reschedule or cancel your shoot without any fees until **6PM on the business day before your appointment.** You can cancel your booking by phone or email.

If you cancel with less than a day's notice, a $25 fee may apply. For same day cancellations, a $100 fee will be charged.

With short-notice cancellations, our photographers miss out on other opportunities to work and earn. We want to be fair and make sure they're compensated for their committed availability and preparations - we hope you can understand!

Additionally, if the property isn't ready and our photographer has to wait, there's a fee of $100 per hour for their wait time.
